关于举办21世纪海上丝绸之路（广东）国际智库论坛的公告     

Under the guidance of the “Belt and Road”Think Tank Alliance, Collaborative Innovation Center for 21^st-CenturyMaritime Silk Road Studies is to hold China (Guangdong) International ThinkTank Forum of 21^st-Century Maritime Silk Road in International Conference Hall of No.2 Baiyun Ave. North, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China (EaselandHotel) at 9:00 on 10^th May 2016.          

在国家“一带一路”智库联盟的指导下，21世纪海上丝绸之路协同创新中心将于 2016 年 5 月 10 日 9:00在北校国际学术交流中心（逸林酒店）国际会议厅举办21世纪海上丝绸之路（广东）国际智库论坛。

The Forum is supported by central and stateministries and commissions including International Department of Central Committee of CPC, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Commerce, as well as by Guangdong provincial government. Representatives from the above departments and organizations, the Leading Group Office forPromoting “Belt and Road” Construction are to attend the Forum.          

本届论坛得到了中联部、外交部、国家发展和改革委员会、商务部等中央、国家部委和广东省政府的大力支持，中联部、广东省政府领导、外交部大使、国家推进“一带一路”建设工作领导小组办公室、外交部、商务部相关司局领导将出席论坛。

Theme of the Forum is “mutual consultationand trust, mutual assistance and win-win cooperation”. Approximately a hundred famous experts of think tanks at home and abroad are to attend the Forum. Sofar 25 experts and scholars of think tanks from 20 overseas countries and 25 people from the media from 20 Asian and European countries are to attend the Forum.          

本届论坛的主题是“互商互信、共建共赢”。近百名国内外知名智库专家学者将出席论坛，截至目前国外已有20个国家的25名智库专家学者、亚欧20个国家约25名媒体工作者确认出席论坛。

The Forum has four subjects: Enhancestrategic mutual trust between China and other countries along the Road; Expand economic and trade cooperation between China and othercountries along the Road; Promote cultural and civil exchange between China and other countries along the Road; and Strengthen collaboration on maritime affairs between China and other countries along theRoad. Reiterating China ’sprinciple of peaceful development, taking full advantage of ocean linkage, the Forum aims to promote connectivity with countries along the Road to achievejoint development.          

论坛将就我国与海丝沿线国家增进战略互信、扩大经贸合作、促进人文交流、加强海洋协作四个专题开展深入交流和探讨，重申我国和平发展理念，充分利用海洋联系纽带，与沿线国家加强互联互通、实现共同发展。
